A pharmacy opportunity is available in Greensboro, NC, for a skilled pharmacist with a focus on compounding. This position offers a 13-week contract to hire arrangement, providing a balanced work schedule and the chance to work in a dynamic environment where patient care and collaboration are priorities.

Schedule and Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every third Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to tailor medication therapy to individual patients.
• Prepare and dispense compounded prescriptions, including both sterile and non-sterile formulations.
• Maintain precise patient records and oversee inventory management.
• Deliver expert pharmaceutical advice to support optimal health outcomes.
• Assist in training and supervising pharmacy technician staff.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in North Carolina.
• 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates passionate about compounding are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 standards related to compounding.
• Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations and prescription processing.
• Experience or willingness to learn pharmacy software similar to QS1 (training provided).
