This opportunity is for a Night Shift Pharmacist to support a 200-bed community hospital in Indiana. This contract role offers an ASAP start with a 6-month duration and potential to transition to a permanent position. The work schedule is 7 nights on, 7 nights off, from 9:00 pm to 7:30 am, allowing a balance between work and personal time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure quality and compliance
- Perform pharmacokinetic evaluations and dosing adjustments
- Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system in daily workflow
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Indiana pharmacist license is required
- Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts effectively
- Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar healthcare IT systems
