Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania pharmacist license required

• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system is essential
• Experience with Pyxis automated medication dispensing systems
