A pharmacist opportunity is available at a healthcare facility in Harbor Beach, MI, offering a 13-week contract assignment ideal for candidates with a Michigan Pharmacist License and inpatient pharmacy experience. This role requires engagement in both clinical and compounding pharmacy services.

Location: Harbor Beach, MI
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient pharmaceutical care with a focus on patient safety and therapeutic efficacy.
• Manage the Anticoagulation Clinic, overseeing 4-6 patients daily and ensuring accurate medication management.
• Perform oncology IV compounding, preparing sterile intravenous medications with precise adherence to protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an inpatient pharmacist.
• Competence in oncology compounding and understanding of sterile IV preparation protocols.
• Experience working in or managing an Anticoagulation Clinic is highly preferred.
