Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in inpatient settings
- Operate and oversee the Anticoagulation Clinic, managing 4-6 patients daily
- Perform all oncology IV compounding tasks, maintaining safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Michigan Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an inpatient pharmacist
- Proficiency in oncology compounding, especially intravenous therapies
- Experience working within an Anticoagulation Clinic environment
