Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week

Position Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, managing patient records, and collaborating closely with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires proficiency with RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) to maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and support clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications for hospitalized and outpatient individuals
• Participate in medication therapy management and patient counseling
• Maintain proper inventory control and documentation following regulatory standards
• Utilize RPMS software effectively for medication management and reporting
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for integrated patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist license from any state
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services preferred
• Familiarity with RPMS or willingness to quickly learn the system
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
