Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Position: Pharmacist (Per Diem)

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate and consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
- Utilize hospital IT systems, including Cerner and MedDispense, for medication management
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
Qualifications:
- Active Kentucky pharmacist license required
- Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly Cerner
