Responsibilities include:
- Order verification ensuring accuracy and patient safety
- Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient operations
- Consulting with physicians to optimize medication therapy
- Managing pharmacokinetics for individualized patient care
The technology utilized in this role includes EPIC and Pyxis systems, critical to daily workflow and patient management.
Ideal candidates will hold a Pennsylvania pharmacist license and possess around two years of inpatient pharmacy experience, demonstrating familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations and clinical knowledge.
