This opportunity seeks experienced pharmacists to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role offers the chance to work in both clinical and operational settings, providing flexibility to contribute in areas such as inpatient pharmacy services, children's and women's health, sterile processing, or as Pharmacist in Charge. The contract position spans approximately 13 weeks, beginning November 2, with a mix of day and evening shifts including rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care in inpatient and specialized clinical areas based on expertise.
• Manage operational pharmacy functions, including sterile processing and dispensing oversight.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy for patients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Assist with clinical documentation and medication reconciliation as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of pharmacy experience, including PGY1 residency training or equivalent clinical exposure.
• Experience with inpatient pharmacy practice, with some familiarity in pediatric and women’s health preferred.
• Competence in managing clinical or operational pharmacy roles with attention to detail and patient safety.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Licensure as a pharmacist in good standing.

Schedule:

• 5 days per week (five 8-hour shifts)
• Mixed day and evening hours, including rotating weekends
