Pharmacist in Harwich, MA

This travel pharmacist role is based in Nantucket, MA, supporting an outpatient/retail pharmacy attached to a hospital. The position involves covering a vacancy, working day shifts with a schedule of five 8-hour days per week. The assignment is approximately 13 weeks with an ASAP start.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and provide exemplary pharmaceutical care in an outpatient/retail setting
• Utilize McKesson EnterpriseRX system for pharmacy operations (experience with this system highly preferred)
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapies
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Full-time availability to cover the assignment
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Additional Information:

• The position requires ferry travel to Nantucket
• Temporary housing is provided by the hospital; however, due to limited housing availability, shared accommodations with other travelers may be necessary
