Pharmacist in Headland, AL

A 300-bed hospital in Southeast Alabama is seeking a qualified pharmacist to fill a night shift position. This opportunity offers a contract assignment with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians during shifts
• Collaborate and consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Alabama pharmacist license required
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts effectively and maintain attention to detail

Schedule:

• Night shift, 9:00 pm to 7:30 am
• Work 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 days off
