Per Diem Pharmacist - Hillsboro, Oregon

A healthcare facility in the Portland, OR area is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical services on a short-term basis. This role requires availability for three consecutive days in April 2026, with a consistent daily schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and other licensed health practitioners.
• Offer detailed medication information and guidance to patients and healthcare staff.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Oregon pharmacist license is required.
• Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings is highly desirable.
