• Apply pharmacokinetic principles for optimized medication dosing
• Consult regularly with physicians and nursing staff to support patient care
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for efficient medication management

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist license
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
