Location: Stafford, Texas
Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire prescription fulfillment process with strict adherence to legal and policy guidelines
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
• Monitor, receive, and control pharmacy inventory, maintaining regulatory compliance
• Conduct thorough Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) and document findings accurately in pharmacy software
• Prepare, package, and handle prescriptions for shipping or site injection, including management of specialized medications such as refrigerated and bulk items

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active, clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience as a Pharmacist
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment; recent script volumes have grown significantly, with daily prescriptions increasing from 6,000 to 22,000
• Proficiency with pharmacy software platforms such as LifeFile and PK Software preferred
