Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive pharmaceutical duties specific to Long Term Care settings
- Review and manage medication orders and patient profiles
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medication dispensing and documentation
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Texas Pharmacist License required
- Recent experience as a Pharmacist is essential
- Experience with EnterpriseRx software is preferred but not mandatory
