As Pharmacy Manager, you will foster collaboration with the store operations team to engage associates effectively and communicate both department and company strategies. Ensuring prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance is essential, including conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance per state and federal guidelines.

Key responsibilities include driving business growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), managing inventory and pharmacy supplies in coordination with the District Manager, and aligning performance with measurable department metrics. You will also provide excellent customer service by addressing medical inquiries and pharmacy counseling.

Leadership duties encompass supervising pharmacists and pharmacy associates, directing training and performance management, maintaining pharmacy security, and resolving customer issues to build loyalty. The role involves ongoing professional development of staff, maintaining operational cleanliness, and managing day-to-day priorities such as inventory counts and will-call orders.

Qualifications include:
