Pharmacist in Charge in Anderson, CA

An Interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) position is available to oversee operations at a community center pharmacy. This full-time contract role starts as soon as possible, with training scheduled for mid to late next week, and a work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The assignment is expected to last 6 to 8 weeks or until a permanent placement is secured.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage pharmacy operations at a community center pharmacy.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate closely with healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Utilize the New Leaf pharmacy system (training provided).

Desired Experience:

• Recent retail pharmacy experience is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee pharmacy staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable learning and working with the New Leaf system.
