Pharmacist in Charge in Anderson, CA

An immediate opening is available for an Interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee a community center pharmacy. This full-time contract position begins ASAP with training scheduled for mid to late next week and a start date on 6/29. The assignment is expected to last 6 to 8 weeks or until a permanent placement is made.

Location:

• Anderson, CA

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead pharmacy operations as the Interim Pharmacist in Charge.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate closely with healthcare providers at the center.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy best practices.
• Utilize the New Leaf pharmacy system (training provided if needed).

Desired Experience:

• Recent experience in retail pharmacy.
• Strong leadership skills in supervising pharmacy staff.
• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain high standards in a community pharmacy environment.

Support:

• You will have experienced pharmacy technicians providing strong support throughout the assignment.
