Pharmacist in Charge - Anderson, CA

An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to assume interim leadership of a community center pharmacy. This full-time contract role begins ASAP, with training scheduled for mid to late next week and an official start date of June 29. The expected assignment duration is 6 to 8 weeks or until a permanent placement is secured.

Location: Anderson, CA
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities include overseeing the pharmacy operations with a focus on compliance and quality assurance. You will supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate closely with healthcare providers at the center to ensure seamless medication management. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain efficient workflows in a community pharmacy setting.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Recent retail pharmacy experience is essential
• Proven ability to lead and supervise pharmacy technicians
• Comfortable working with the New Leaf pharmacy system; training will be provided if needed
