Pharmacist in Charge in Anderson, CA

This opportunity is for an Interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to manage and oversee a community center pharmacy on a full-time basis. The role begins ASAP with training scheduled for mid to late next week and full-time work starting on 6/29. The assignment is expected to last 6 to 8 weeks or until a permanent placement is found.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians and coordinating closely with center providers to ensure efficient and safe pharmacy operations. The position requires hands-on leadership and the ability to maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent experience in retail pharmacy settings
• Ability to lead as Pharmacist in Charge with strong oversight skills
• Comfortable working with pharmacy technicians who provide solid support
• Familiarity with or willingness to train on the New Leaf pharmacy system
