Pharmacist in Charge in Asbury Park, NJ

Seeking an experienced Pharmacy Pharmacist In Charge for a direct hire opportunity in Asbury Park, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in retail pharmacy management and a commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring effective workflow and compliance with all regulations.
• Supervise pharmacy staff involved in filling and dispensing medications.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards set by the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.
• Provide leadership and guidance within the specialty infusion pharmacy sector.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance pharmacy functions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service delivery while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey Registered Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail pharmacy management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, exercising sound judgment.
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.

Compensation:

• Annual salary range $135,000 to $145,000.
