This role offers an opportunity to lead pharmacy operations as Pharmacist-In-Charge within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment specializing in HIV/AIDS care. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements and overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative clinical services, share ideas, and implement best practices consistently across locations.
- Champion core values and mission-driven initiatives, maintaining a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Lead and support a collaborative organizational structure where staff report to multiple leaders.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay at the forefront of specialty pharmacy practice.
- Foster a workplace environment that supports employee growth and outstanding patient care.
Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of recent retail or specialty pharmacy management experience; 10+ years preferred.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications; willingness to grow into an expert through training.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and lifestyles.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-faceted environment without exclusive hospital experience.
