Retail Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Auburndale, Florida

This direct hire opportunity is for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a new Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) pharmacy located in Auburndale, FL. The PIC will play a critical role in overseeing pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong communication with internal healthcare providers.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the Pharmacist in Charge responsible for overall pharmacy management
• Collaborating closely with on-site health providers to deliver seamless patient care
• Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations including staffing and workflow
• Overseeing 340B drug pricing program compliance
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge within an FQHC setting is required
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with on-site providers
• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing
