A well-established home respiratory and medical equipment company is expanding its shipping operations into North Dakota and requires a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to support regulatory compliance. This role involves maintaining the North Dakota PIC license for shipments of diabetes supplies, respiratory equipment, and medications. This position is remote with minimal active pharmacy duties, focusing primarily on license posting and oversight.
Location: Remote (North Dakota license required)
Additional: Occasional travel to Massachusetts may be requested for site visits (monthly or quarterly)
Employment Type: Contract, with flexibility for monthly fee or direct hire arrangement
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Pharmacist in Charge by maintaining and posting an active North Dakota pharmacy license
- Ensure regulatory compliance for shipping respiratory and diabetes-related medical supplies in and out of the state
- Collaborate remotely with operational teams to support ongoing shipping activities
- Attend occasional site visits in Massachusetts as needed (travel is flexible and infrequent)
- Maintain professional standards and licensure in good standing throughout the contract duration
Qualifications:
- Active, clear North Dakota Pharmacist license in good standing is mandatory
