Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Bozeman, Montana

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist ready to take on the critical role of Pharmacist in Charge. This position is based in Bozeman, MT, and offers a contract-to-hire pathway with a stable Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
• Deliver professional information to customers regarding medication use, potential side effects, and safety precautions
• Maintain a superior level of customer service to ensure a positive experience and promote patient trust and adherence
• Oversee pharmacy operations in accordance with legal and regulatory standards to maintain compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, ensuring the seamless administration of pharmaceutical care

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Montana pharmacist license is required
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and assume leadership responsibilities within the pharmacy setting
