A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead their pharmacy operations in Wells River, Vermont. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing all daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with the 340B drug pricing program
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Maintain strong, effective communication with internal medical providers to support coordinated patient care
• Use the Best Rx system to manage pharmacy workflow and documentation

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within an FQHC environment is essential
• Vermont Pharmacist license in good standing
