A dynamic opportunity is available for a bilingual Pharmacist in Charge to oversee pharmacy operations in a community setting. This contract role offers Monday through Friday hours with a half-day on Saturday, providing a structured yet engaging workweek. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, fluency in Spanish and English, and hands-on experience in community pharmacy practices.

Location:

  • Clementon, NJ

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturday, 9 AM – 1 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, leading investigations when necessary.
  • Supervise, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies related to medication dispensing, safety, and security.
  • Oversee inventory management with special attention to controlled substances.
  • Promote patient safety and quality through counseling, quality assurance programs, and continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active, clear New Jersey pharmacist license.
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience within a pharmacy setting.
  • At least 3 years recent experience in community pharmacy.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Proficiency with Pioneer RX pharmacy software is preferred.
