Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Clyde, Texas

This opportunity is for a Pharmacist In Charge role based in Abilene, TX, offering a full-time schedule Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The contract position calls for a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to growth within their role.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License required
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses over time
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed Pharmacist
• Prior experience as a Pharmacist In Charge preferred
• Competence in both sterile and non-sterile compounding
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a pharmacy team
• Motivation to develop and grow within the position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with state regulations
• Manage and mentor pharmacy staff to promote a cohesive, efficient team environment
• Maintain high standards for sterile and non-sterile compounding accuracy and safety
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping according to pharmaceutical guidelines
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance pharmacy services and patient care

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
