Pharmacist in Charge - Cushing, TX

A family-oriented retail pharmacy seeks an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead daily operations at a close-knit location. This permanent direct hire position offers an engaging environment where collaboration and quality patient care are top priorities.

Location: Nacogdoches, TX
Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations and supervise a team including 2 pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, cashiers, and a delivery driver
• Ensure compliance with Texas, state, and federal pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA
• Lead quality improvement and patient care initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Texas pharmacist license
• Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Pharmacy management experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is advantageous
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a family-style work atmosphere
