Home Infusion Pharmacist in Charge in Dublin, OH

A leadership role is available for an experienced manager to oversee pharmacy operations specializing in home infusion therapies. This position directs daily clinical and operational pharmacy activities, focusing on sterile compounding and safe administration of intravenous therapies in the home setting. The manager plays an integral role in maintaining regulatory compliance while fostering a high-performing team of pharmacists and technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
• Supervise recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling of pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding standards
• Collaborate clinically with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes for home infusion therapies
• Partner in budgeting, workflow enhancements, and performance improvement initiatives to support branch goals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio
• Minimum 5 years of clinical and operational experience, preferably within home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Strong expertise in IV admixture services, regulatory requirements, and team leadership
• Familiarity with CPR+ or CareTend pharmacy systems is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedule flexibility required
• Administrative on-call responsibilities
