An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacist In Charge to oversee pharmacy operations in a fast-paced retail setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee medication dispensing processes ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care.
• Maintain inventory controls and handle any compliance inspections or audits.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current state licensure.
• Prior experience serving as Pharmacist In Charge or Pharmacy Manager in a retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and manage operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
