Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee medication dispensing processes ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care.
- Maintain inventory controls and handle any compliance inspections or audits.
- Foster a positive environment that promotes excellent customer service and patient care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist with current state licensure.
- Prior experience serving as Pharmacist In Charge or Pharmacy Manager in a retail setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and manage operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and compliance.
