Retail Pharmacist in Charge - Essex Junction, VT

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge at a newly established pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. This role requires a dedicated professional to lead daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance and fostering effective communication with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with the 340B drug pricing program
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Collaborate closely with on-site healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within an FQHC environment is required
• Strong communication skills for effective provider collaboration
• Current and active VT pharmacist license in good standing
• Proven ability to manage pharmacy operations and comply with regulatory requirements
