An immediate opening is available for an Interim Pharmacist in Charge at a healthcare facility specializing in inpatient behavioral health. This role offers a valuable opportunity to provide leadership and pharmacy expertise on a short-term basis of approximately four weeks or until a permanent pharmacist is hired.
Location: St Charles, MO
Setting: Inpatient Behavioral Health
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid meal break

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage medication repackaging utilizing systems such as Milt, Medi-dose, or HCL
- Operate and maintain automated dispensing machines, including drug loading and restock reporting
- Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff to maintain high quality patient care
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Missouri Pharmacist License
- Experience with Omnicell medication dispensing systems preferred
- Familiarity with drug repackaging processes and automated pharmacy technologies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a behavioral health setting
