Deliver expert leadership as the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) specializing in HIV/AIDS pharmacy services. This direct hire opportunity offers a pivotal role overseeing pharmacy operations while contributing to innovative clinical services tailored to improve patient outcomes. The position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for serving vulnerable populations and advancing pharmacy practice within a patient-centered environment.

Location: Henderson, NV
Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements.
  • Lead operational and clinical activities to maintain cutting-edge pharmacy services.
  • Foster collaboration with colleagues, sharing expertise and best practices across multiple locations.
  • Uphold pharmacy core values and mission in all initiatives.
  • Adapt quickly within a dynamic team environment to enhance patient and employee experiences.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, including conferences and training sessions.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail or specialty pharmacy management experience; 10+ years preferred.
  • Solid foundation in HIV/AIDS medications; specialized training will be provided to strengthen expertise.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and lifestyles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
  • Experience exclusively in hospital pharmacy settings is not suitable for this role.
