Join a progressive pharmacy environment as the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) specializing in HIV/AIDS care. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee pharmacy operations with a focus on providing innovative clinical services to vulnerable patient populations. The position is based in Henderson, NV, with an immediate start date and set weekly hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements and maintaining high standards of practice.
  • Lead efforts to develop, implement, and refine systems and processes that enhance patient care and pharmacy services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Uphold and promote the organization’s Core Values and Mission throughout daily operations.
  • Adapt swiftly to a dynamic clinical environment to optimize both patient outcomes and employee experience.
  • Support a collaborative organizational structure, where staff are accountable across multiple leaders.
  • Contribute to consistent application of policy and best practices across various locations.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay at the forefront of pharmacy practice.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail or specialty pharmacy management experience; 10+ years highly preferred.
  • Strong foundation in HIV/AIDS medications with a willingness to advance your expertise through training.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
  • Experience outside of hospital pharmacy settings is required.
  • Commitment to serving vulnerable populations and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
