Home Infusion Pharmacist in Charge in Hilliard, OH

Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead day-to-day operations and clinical services ensuring safe, home-based intravenous therapies. This role requires strong leadership overseeing sterile compounding, pharmacy personnel, and regulatory compliance while driving branch success.

Location: Hilliard, OH
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Flexibility required for administrative on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
• Lead recruitment, training, evaluation, and scheduling of pharmacists and technicians
• Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding standards
• Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies and collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care
• Participate in budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvements

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license
• Minimum 5 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care
• In-depth knowledge of IV admixture services, regulatory standards, and pharmacy staff management
• Familiarity with CPR+/CareTend systems preferred
