Pharmacist in Charge - Hooks, TX

This contract opportunity is for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a specialty home infusion pharmacy located in Hooks, TX. The assignment is scheduled for 8 weeks with a possible extension, working Monday through Friday during day shifts (8-hour shifts).

Location: Hooks, TX
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee pharmacy operations specific to specialty home infusion services
• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff and workflow
• Ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of specialty infusion medications
• Maintain documentation and quality control standards

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in both Texas and California
• Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
• Background in home infusion, specialty infusion, or specialty pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and infusion protocols
