Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Hooks, Texas

This position is for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) role within a specialty home infusion pharmacy environment. The position requires licensure in both Texas and California and offers a contract duration of 8 weeks with the possibility of extension.

Location:

• Hooks, TX

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts, 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge overseeing pharmacy operations
• Manage compliance with regulatory standards specific to home infusion and specialty pharmacy
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and oversee medication dispensing protocols

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in both Texas and California
• Proven Pharmacist in Charge experience, preferably within specialty pharmacy settings
• Experience in home infusion or specialty infusion pharmacy environments
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
