An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacist in Charge to support an inpatient behavioral health facility in St Charles, MO. This contract position is expected to last approximately 4 weeks, providing crucial leadership until a permanent hire is made. The role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid meal break.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge for the facility, overseeing pharmacy operations.
- Manage medication repackaging utilizing systems such as Milt, Medi-dose, or HCL.
- Assist in loading medications into automated dispensing machines like Omnicell.
- Generate and analyze restock reports to ensure optimal medication inventory.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active Missouri Pharmacist license.
- Experience with Omnicell automated dispensing systems preferred.
- Knowledge of medication repackaging techniques and equipment (Milt, Medi-dose, HCL).
- Familiarity with automated medication machines and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
