A direct hire opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a newly established pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role is ideal for candidates with prior FQHC experience who excel in managing pharmacy operations and collaborating closely with on-site healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with the 340B drug pricing program
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Maintain strong, effective communication with internal healthcare providers to support patient care

Qualifications:

• Current and active Florida pharmacist license in good standing
• Proven prior experience working within an FQHC setting
