Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Lakewood, New Jersey

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge at a retail pharmacy location in Lakewood, NJ. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $145,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily pharmacy operations with a focus on specialty infusion pharmacy services.
• Supervise pharmacy staff engaged in medication dispensing and filling.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and quality standards.
• Foster a customer service-oriented environment with commitment to excellence.
• Provide leadership and guidance within the pharmacy while upholding New Jersey Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Registered Pharmacist license valid in New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years' experience managing retail pharmacy operations.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently under deadline pressure.
• Developed critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in recommending and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Skilled in gathering and analyzing information with sound judgment.
