Retail Pharmacist in Charge - Las Vegas, NV

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the community. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist In Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative clinical services.
• Promote the organization’s core values and mission, ensuring exceptional patient and employee experiences.
• Foster a collaborative work culture with accountability across multiple leadership roles.
• Participate in various internal and external meetings, including training sessions and conferences.
• Contribute best practices and ensure consistent application of policies across multiple locations.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail or specialty pharmacy management experience; 10+ years highly preferred.
• Solid foundation in HIV/AIDS medications with willingness to advance expertise through ongoing training.
• Strong leadership and communication skills capable of engaging with diverse cultures and lifestyles.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Must hold an active California pharmacist license (submission required).
