Pharmacist in Charge - Las Vegas, NV

An exciting opportunity is open for a Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) specializing in HIV/AIDS medications to lead pharmacy operations within a respected healthcare organization. This direct hire role is based in Las Vegas, NV, and demands a dynamic leader with a minimum of 3-5 years’ specialty or retail pharmacy management experience. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in HIV/AIDS pharmacotherapy and a passion for advancing patient-centered services.

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations in compliance with regulatory standards as the recognized Pharmacist-In-Charge.
• Lead clinical initiatives to improve and implement innovative pharmacy systems and processes.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge, develop training, and promote best practices.
• Uphold pharmacy Core Values and Mission, ensuring they are integrated in all aspects of service delivery.
• Adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional patient experiences and support a positive workplace culture.
• Foster an accountable and collaborative organizational structure across multiple locations.
• Participate in internal and external professional development opportunities, including conferences and trainings.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• 3-5 years minimum in specialty or retail/community pharmacy management; 10 years preferred.
• Strong background in HIV/AIDS medications; willingness to further develop expertise.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and thrive in a busy environment.
• Experience must include community or specialty pharmacy settings (hospital-only experience will not be considered).
