Soliant has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Pharmacist in Charge at a growing and innovative specialty pharmacy in Las Vegas, Nevada. Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge as required by the Nevada Board of Pharmacy
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations while keeping patient care and compliance at the forefront
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver innovative clinical services
• Drive continuous improvement of pharmacy systems, processes, and best practices
• Share best practice ideas across locations and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
• Lead and support a collaborative team environment where staff feel accountable and valued
• Keep the pharmacy's Core Values and Mission front and center in everything you do
• Stay nimble and adapt quickly in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Attend internal and external meetings, conferences, and training sessions as needed
• Mentor and develop pharmacy staff through hands on training and ongoing feedback

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail or specialty pharmacy management experience required
• Strong foundation in specialty medications is a must
• Additional specialty training will be provided to help the right candidate become a true expert

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Pharmacist License required

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Work Hours: Monday and Wednesday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM | Tuesday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 40 hours per week

Compensation for this position ranges from $56.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
