Pharmacist-In-Charge Opportunity - Las Vegas, NV

Soliant Health is seeking a Pharmacist-In-Charge for a direct hire opportunity to work within a specialty pharmacy in Las Vegas, NV. This is a perfect perm opportunity for a pharmacist to be in a position of a managerial role.

Schedule:
• Mon-Fri; day shifts
• Start: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the designated Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations (USP <797>, <800>, FDA, and state boards of pharmacy)
• Ensure compliance with multi-state pharmacy regulations, including California & other non-resident state requirements.
• Hire, supervise, and train pharmacist and pharmacy technicians
• Manage pharmacy inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispensing of compounded sterile preparations

Requirements:
• Active and clear Nevada Pharmacist (RPh) license, lives in Las Vegas
• Willingness to obtain CA Pharmacist license
• PharmD
• Min 3 years and current experience in hospital, infusion, or specialty.
• Ability to obtain additional licenses as the business grows.
