Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Provide leadership as the Interim Pharmacist in Charge at a micro-hospital setting in Menomonee Falls, WI. This contract role is designed for an experienced pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations with a focus on inpatient care in a facility featuring a 7-bed emergency department and an 8-bed inpatient unit.

Responsibilities include managing daily pharmacy activities, ensuring compliance through audits, restocking medications, and serving as the sole Pharmacist in Charge on site. The position requires taking on-call duties and collaborating closely with remote leadership through virtual training provided by the local PIC and Pharmacy Director. Experience with the Epic order entry system and Omnicell automation is essential.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current Wisconsin Pharmacist licensure required
• Proven inpatient pharmacy experience
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and pharmacy auditing
• Familiarity with Epic and Omnicell systems
• Ability to operate independently as the sole PIC
• Willingness to handle on-call responsibilities

Schedule / Hours:

• Day shift, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• No weekend coverage required
