Pharmacist-in-Charge opportunity available at a 50-bed rehabilitation hospital in the Jacksonville, FL area. This contract role offers a chance to lead pharmacy operations in a supportive setting without the pressures of a high-profile Director of Pharmacy position. The focus is on managing pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) duties with a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including order verification
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Consult with nursing and physician staff to support patient care
• Maintain regulatory standards and pharmacy policies
• Provide leadership and ensure smooth workflow within the pharmacy team

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Florida pharmacist license required
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
