Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Mount Enterprise, Texas

Located in a close-knit, family-friendly retail pharmacy environment in Mount Enterprise, TX, this Permanent Pharmacist in Charge role offers an opportunity to lead and grow within a supportive team. As the pharmacy’s key manager, you will oversee daily operations, provide leadership to pharmacists and staff, and ensure compliance with all Texas and federal pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA.

Location: Mount Enterprise, TX
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and supervise a team including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, cashiers, and delivery personnel
• Ensure compliance with Texas state and federal pharmacy laws and HIPAA regulations
• Lead quality improvement and patient care initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas pharmacist license required
• Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Prior management experience ideal
• Experience with Pioneer Rx software is a plus
