Pharmacist in Charge in Nacogdoches, TX

A family-oriented retail pharmacy seeks a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to lead daily operations in a close-knit team environment. This permanent direct hire opportunity is based in Nacogdoches, TX, offering the chance to manage a committed staff and contribute to a warm, patient-focused setting.

Location: Nacogdoches, TX
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including supervision of 2 staff pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, cashiers, and a delivery driver
• Ensure compliance with all Texas, state, and federal pharmacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA standards
• Participate in and oversee quality improvement and patient-care initiatives
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Management experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to thrive in a family-friendly environment
