This direct hire opportunity seeks an experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) with a strong foundation in HIV/AIDS medications to lead pharmacy operations in a specialty retail environment. The role focuses on providing innovative clinical services tailored to vulnerable patient populations, creating an impactful and rewarding career.

Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations as the PIC, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and teams to develop and implement new systems and processes that improve patient care and pharmacy services.
  • Foster a culture aligned with core values and mission, promoting excellence in service and teamwork.
  • Adapt and respond effectively within a dynamic environment to enhance staff and patient experiences.
  • Support a collaborative organizational structure with shared accountability among staff and leadership.
  • Represent the pharmacy at internal and external meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • 3–5 years (minimum) of recent specialty or retail/community pharmacy management or PIC experience; 10+ years preferred.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications; willingness to expand expertise through training.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working effectively with diverse cultures and lifestyles.
  • Proven capability to manage a fast-paced work environment.
  • Hospital-only experience is not applicable for this opportunity.
