Per Diem Pharmacist in Charge - Northampton, MA

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee operations at a specialty home infusion pharmacy. The role offers a per diem schedule, providing daytime hours during the week with a focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting a new pharmacy startup phase.

Location:

• Northampton, MA

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring the pharmacy adheres to all state and federal regulations.
• Officially hang the pharmacy license on-site as part of establishing the new pharmacy’s operational status.
• Oversee pharmacy activities in a very low-volume specialty home infusion environment.
• Provide leadership and guidance until a permanent PIC is appointed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge.
• Active Massachusetts pharmacy license.
• Background in home infusion, specialty infusion, or specialty pharmacy is highly preferred.
