Per Diem Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Northampton, Massachusetts

A specialty home infusion pharmacy in Northampton, MA is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) on a per diem basis for an 8-week assignment. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to lead a new, low-volume pharmacy and maintain regulatory compliance while the permanent PIC is being recruited.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, holding and displaying the pharmacy license
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations in a specialty home infusion setting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies
• Support the pharmacy team and maintain a professional environment
• Facilitate smooth workflow despite low prescription volume

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge
• Valid Massachusetts pharmacy license required
• Experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, or specialty pharmacy is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
