Per Diem Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Northampton, Massachusetts

A specialty home infusion pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to oversee operations on a per diem basis. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a new pharmacy with a low volume, ensuring compliance and proper licensure until a permanent candidate is identified.

Location: Northampton, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 8 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), maintaining all regulatory requirements and overseeing pharmacy functions
• Ensure licensure is properly displayed and maintained
• Support daily operations within a specialty home infusion pharmacy setting
• Provide leadership and guidance during the initial setup and transition period

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) required
• Valid Massachusetts pharmacy license
• Background in home infusion, specialty infusion, or specialty pharmacy strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance
