This direct hire position offers an opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist In Charge to lead daily operations at a retail pharmacy. The role requires strong leadership, clinical knowledge, and the ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Location: Ocean Grove, NJ

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including supervision of pharmacy staff involved in filling and dispensing medications.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including New Jersey Board of Pharmacy standards.
  • Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and leadership.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Handle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure seamless pharmacy functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current New Jersey Registered Pharmacist license.
  • Minimum of two years retail pharmacy management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Proven capacity to prioritize tasks, analyze information accurately, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $145,000, reflecting the importance of leadership and expertise in specialty infusion pharmacy services.
