A retail Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) position is available in Ocean Grove, NJ, offering a direct hire opportunity with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This leadership role requires extensive knowledge of pharmacy operations, focusing on specialty infusion pharmacy practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient and compliant medication dispensing and filling.
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality customer service and operational standards.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, including those set by the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.
• Implement and recommend process improvements to enhance pharmacy services.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Current licensed pharmacist in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years’ retail pharmacy management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
