Retail Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Paradise, California

An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to lead pharmacy operations in a retail setting. This interim role commences promptly on Monday, June 22, with a contract duration of approximately 12 to 13 weeks. The position offers variable shifts, providing flexibility in scheduling within the Paradise, CA area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Manage staff workflow and supervise pharmacy technicians and other personnel
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling and dispensing of medications
• Implement and uphold safety protocols and quality standards
• Serve as the primary liaison for governmental and regulatory agencies
• Address and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacist license with authorization to serve as Pharmacist In Charge in California
• Proven experience in retail pharmacy settings with managerial or PIC responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating team members
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
