Responsibilities:

• Take charge of daily retail pharmacy management
• Serve as the official Pharmacist In Charge to maintain regulatory compliance
• Manage and review all prescriptions accurately
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws and safety protocols
• Support efficient workflow alongside a skilled pharmacy technician
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service

Qualifications:

• Current, active Mississippi Pharmacist License (license will be placed on the pharmacy)
• Comfortable managing pain medications; pharmacy supports a pain clinic with approximately 140 patients daily
• Management experience not required, but professionalism and reliability are essential
• Friendly and collaborative demeanor for working with staff and patients

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Flexible options available: part-time candidates (minimum 20 hours/week) are welcome, though full-time availability is ideal

• Volume of 1500-2000 prescriptions per month
• Pharmacy utilizes a modern DRX system
