Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Lead and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacy technicians, to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and oversee controlled substance management.
• Utilize the QS1 system for prescription processing, inventory management, and reporting.
• Ensure proper patient counseling and medication therapy management.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience required.
• Previous supervisor or manager experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy management system.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and shifting priorities.
